  • Engage your core muscles and keep your body in a straight line from head to toe.
  • Hold this position for as long as you can while maintaining proper form and breathing steadily.
  • If you're a beginner, you can start with shorter intervals (e.g., 20 seconds) and gradually increase the duration as you get stronger.

Remember, while exercises can help strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, spot reduction (targeting fat loss from specific areas) is not possible.
